I think we can assume that in pre-scratch Trollverse, Karkat was the Sufferer analogue

and also I think it’s safe to assume that his Love Love Revolution was hella successful

Well, UU is presumably a lime blood, which is what Karkat would be had he not been a mutant blood. Since the ancestors are now part of the equation, UU could possibly be the post-scratch Sufferer (or be the one with blood that fits in his place) and Karkat is the brother that she talks about:

Especially with that part as “much as you refer to the one you regard as your ancestor,” and the fact that their blood color is not the same. Also, in this session she’s got her own sign, so she has a place on the hemospectrum, but there are also Sufferer symbols on her cufflinks and on Mindfang???’s necklace, which could be symbols for Karkat instead of pre-scratch Sufferer. Granted, her brother might just be another one of the ancestors, so we’ll just have to wait and see! 

Not sure what that means for the pre-scratch Sufferer and if UU had an ancestor in that session, however there is definitely lime blood on the Grand Highblood’s wall, so… Game changers, aaahh!

EDIT: Oh also, the Condesce left the previous session and is now on Derse, so perhaps the Sufferer is still a part of the post-scratch group, and there are still 12 trolls in each! Would be hilarious if he was UU’s client, but was still a huge pill.
