YA CAUGHT ME, TIME TO FACE DA MUSIK

While I don’t like making excuses for not doing things I said that I was going to do, I have some legitimate ones this time! One of them being that I recently got a full time job. Here is the best way I can describe where I work: the owners are currently making a lot of changes including getting a new name and they asked everyone who works there to come up with some names for them to roll around. One my favorite coworkers said that her top choice was Clusterfuck. This is an understatement. They are severely understaffed, so it’s been four straight weeks of being told to do things that I do not know how to do, and trying to do them well and right now. 

It’s a fantastic learning experience for me, but it’s been cutting into my personal life far more than I would like. Truth is, I haven’t had time to read lots of fics! IT SUCKS!!! But right now, I have to pick and choose my battles. I have a couple of wips, a WIP, and a W.I.P. that have taken priority over reading lots of stuff, because… well, I’m really dedicated to them! I have been writing a ton, but am able to post none of it… so unfortunately I look pretty unproductive. Double unfortunately, the W.I.P. will not be postable for a few months… but I think the wait will be worth it. At least, I hope so!

My hours are in a funky flux right now, so I may have more time to read and rec in the future, but it’s very hard to tell! I am quite sorry about that. Reccing fics is something that I absolutely love to do, but it takes a lot of time and energy to do so, both of which have been routed into other things. Hope you understand! But thank you for the interest, it pleases me to no end knowing people enjoyed the fic rec posts.
